The entrepreneurial spirit, a strong common sense, a unique vision and sense of opportunity, only accessible to those who are deep connoisseurs of the business, led the founders to conceive and materialize the idea, giving shape to the Company.
We were then in 2007 and GHouse Management was created.
Financial and structural dimension was quickly required, evolving to GHouse Investimentos from the Orient, in Macau.
In 2008, GHouse Investimentos began its operations with the acquisition of a product tanker, the NT “LUCALA”, soon followed by another sister ship.
In 2009, two ASD type tugboats were acquired, in response to identified client needs.
In the same year, an office building was acquired, well located in the center of Lisbon, intended to support the idealized expansion.
Still in 2009, associated with three other reference companies, GHouse established a "Joint Venture" that acquired two product oil tankers. The following year, three other product tankers joined the participated fleet.
In 2011 the Company diversified and invested in the real estate sector, acquiring a building located in a prestigious neighborhood in downtown Lisbon.
2013 was a year of significant success and expansion:
The first two units of the fleet were sold and four recent product tankers were acquired.
Simultaneously, two support vessels were designed and built to meet specific client needs.
The Company will strive to expand its horizons, entering the segments of cargo and container ships, high-speed passenger vessels and coastal cruises, alongside a prestigious consulting activity for its clients.
